Please note that I don’t bill insurance directly. I can give you a receipt to submit to your insurance company and how much you are reimbursed depends on your company and plan.
Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and HSA cards. There is a 3% convenience fee for card use.
